Line up pertama MAMA 2019 resmi diumumkan. Sederet group papan atas dipastikan tampil di ajang penghargaan tahunan bergengsi ini. Beberapa diantaranya ada GOT7, TWICE, MAMAMOO, serta sederet group ternama lain. Artis yang berada di line up ini pun sebelumnya diumumkan masuk dalam nominasi.
Pada 29 Oktober, line up pertama MAMA 2019 diumumkan. Untuk ajang penghargaan 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards (2019 MAMA) tahun ini akan digelar pada 4 Desember di Nagoya Dome di Jepang. Berbeda dengan sebelumnya, tahun ini hanya akan digelar di satu lokasi dan satu tanggal saja.
