Melon Music Awards 2019 kembali digelar dan memberikan sederet penghargaan kepada group sampai artis dan soloist yang mencatatkan pencapaian di tahun ini. MMA 2019 tahun ini diselenggarakan di Seoul dan dihadiri sederet KPOP group serta soloist dan artis ternama.
Pada 30 November, Melon Music Awards 2019 digelar di Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul. Ajang penghargaan kali ini selain memberikan trofi kepada 10 artis yang sudah diumumkan sebelumnya. Juga menyerahkan penghargaan pada sederet group dan soloist dengan pencapain gemilang.
BTS meraih keempat Grand Prize atau daesang dari Melon Music Awards 2019 tahun ini. Selain itu ITZY dan TXT juga masih-masing mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai New Artist.
MMA 2019 juga memberikan trofi untuk Top 10 Artist of the Year yang sudah diumumkan sebelumnya: BTS, EXO, BOL4, Taeyeon, Chungha, MAMAMOO, Jang Beom June, JANNABI, Heize, dan M.C the Max.
